Following our initial consultation with you, American Events compiles pertinent event information, ideas, options, menus, floor plans, staffing, discount pricing and more, into your customized, comprehensive FORMAL EVENT PLAN. All options are listed a la carte on the Budget Worksheet contained in your Event Plan.
We meet with you again, to discuss, refine, and confirm the event elements you have selected to be included in your special event. American Events handles contract negotiations, communications, accounting, pre-event and on-site coordination, details and much more, so you can RELAX & ENJOY your event!
